1.2 Collection Tracking Data

The app tracks which items you own from our database:

Albums and versions you've marked as owned
Photocards you've collected

Your favorite groups and bias preferences

Note: The albums, photocards, and merchandise available in Keepop are managed by our development team. You track what you own from our curated database.

1.3 Usage and Analytics Data

We collect analytics data through Firebase Analytics to improve our services:

App usage patterns and feature interactions
Device information (type, operating system, version)
Performance metrics and crash reports
Session duration and frequency

1.4 Payment Information

For Premium subscriptions bought in the mobile apps, payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information. We receive confirmation of subscription status only.

For the GOM subscription, which is sold on our website, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never sent to or stored by Keepop. Stripe processes your email address, billing details and payment method in order to charge you and to prevent fraud. We store only what we need to manage your subscription: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan you chose, its status and its renewal date.

1.5 Profile Information

You may optionally provide profile information such as:

Social media links
Profile picture (feature coming soon)
Other personal details you choose to share

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:
